LOLER Inspections
Trent Lifting offers a full range of lifting equipment inspection and LOLER testing services to ensure your lifting gear adheres to the strict industry regulations. We are available to conduct the inspections at your workplace or in our extensive workshop facilities in Scunthorpe.
Our fully qualified engineers are experienced in carrying out the statutory lifting equipment examinations of all types of lifting gear and provide the mandatory test certification that proves the safe condition of your equipment at the time of inspection.
For damaged and overly worn gear we provide extensive repair and sales options to ensure your fleet is fully compliant.
Inspection Services
Trent Lifting provide comprehensive proof load testing services for the calibration of cranes, plant and lifting equipment to ensure the stated lifting capacity of your crane and lifting gear is accurate and fully certified to LOLER standards.
Our depot is equipped with a 100 tonne proof load testing machine to provide tensile load tests on equipment undergoing examination.
Our large stock of steel test weights (up to 250 tonne) and load cell indicators are used for carrying out proof load tests and calibration.
